REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Design-Build Services for the Town of Tisdale Municipal Office

The Town of Tisdale is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced Design-Build teams for the design and construction of a new Municipal Office in Tisdale, Saskatchewan.

RFP No. 2026-002 seeks a qualified Design-Builder to deliver a complete turnkey project, including architectural and engineering services, detailed design, permitting and approvals, construction, site development, building systems, commissioning, project closeout, and warranty services.

The Town’s objective is to develop a modern, efficient, durable, energy-efficient, barrier-free and adaptable municipal facility that supports effective municipal administration and public service delivery while accommodating government-agency partners and future municipal needs.
