FACILITY RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As a user of space at the Town of Tisdale, the User understands and agrees to be bound by the policies of the Town and the following terms and conditions. The User agrees to the following:
GENERAL USE GUIDELINES
User groups must assume responsibility for the orderly conduct of its own members and invitees throughout the entire facility. Any user group, its members, or guests causing damages, whether accidental or malicious, to the facility and/or equipment will be held financially responsible for the repairs or replacement of such damages in addition to the established rental fee.
LIABILITY INSURANCE CLAUSE
Users wishing to serve alcoholic beverages must secure and display the necessary permit in addition to complying with all regulations established by the Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority. The Town requires that the users obtain Host Liquor Liability Insurance. The user group will conduct the activities in Town of Tisdale facilities in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the Town of Tisdale, fire, building, health, and all other regulations relating to the premises.
RIGHTS TO PLAY/PERFORM MUSIC IN A PUBLIC FACILITY
Renters that use recorded and/or live music are legally required to obtain the applicable RE:SOUND and SOCAN licenses. This fee will be billed to you and included on your invoice for this rental.
I have read the Facility Rental Agreement, Terms and Conditions and related Town policies and agree and understand that the Town of Tisdale will only deal with the person(s) names on the Facility Rental Agreement.
