FIRE BAN IN EFFECT - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

The Tisdale Fire Chief has issued a FIRE BAN for the Town of Tisdale effective immediately and until further notice due to extreme fire risk conditions.

ALL OPEN BURNING IS PROHIBITED.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Fire pits and backyard fires

Burning barrels

Brush, yard waste, and debris burning

Recreational fires and bonfires

Fireworks and pyrotechnics

Any outdoor burning activity capable of producing sparks or embers

Current conditions create a significant risk of fire spread. A single spark can threaten homes, businesses, public infrastructure, and the safety of residents and emergency responders.

Residents are expected to comply with this order. Failure to do so may result in enforcement action, fines, liability for damages, and the costs associated with fire suppression where applicable.

The Fire Ban will remain in effect until conditions improve and the restriction is formally lifted by the Tisdale Fire Chief.
