During the flushing process, residents in the immediate vicinity might experience temporary discoloration (reddish, yellow or brown) of their water caused by harmless deposits which do not affect the safety of the water.

If residents notice significant discoloration, we recommend that residents run their cold water tap for approximately 5 minutes, or until the water runs clear.
